Will someone call me after I place my order?

No, we do not call customers back. This is because when you place your order, you provide all the information we need to ship your order. The only exceptions are cases where we need to clarify certain details.

How to pay for the order?

Online with a Visa or Mastercard card immediately after placing an order on the website (Liqpay service).

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery is calculated directly by the carrier (i.e., Nova Poshta). Delivery is paid for by the recipient according to the company’s rates. If the order amount exceeds 750 UAH, the cost of delivery is paid by Palko!

How to store ground lard?

According to laboratory tests, the shelf life is 180 days from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend consuming the ground lard within 3 days.

Which taste is the spiciest?

Now the Palko range has been expanded with another spicy flavor—ground lard with adjika. Lard with chili pepper and paprika ranks second in terms of spiciness. Ground lard with basil and ginger also has a rather spicy flavor that tingles the tongue.

What is uchho-suneli?

Utsho-suneli is a Georgian spice that provides a nutty aftertaste.

How many grams of ground lard are in a jar?

160 grams of product in a jar.

What is most often ordered?

Of course, our entire line of ground lard is very tasty. We already have nine flavors, and we are constantly working on introducing new ones.

Many customers start their acquaintance with ground lard with garlic, mushrooms, and onions. Those who like spicy food always choose ground lard with chili peppers and paprika. Ground lard with tomatoes has also become a bestseller.

 

Exchanges and returns.

In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, food products with normal shelf life and proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

 

Upon receipt, check the (original) packaging for integrity and make sure that the goods correspond to your order.
If the (original) packaging is damaged, we will send a similar product and pay for delivery or refund the cost of the order, at your discretion. The product cannot be exchanged or returned after you have damaged the packaging or used the product.

Is self-pickup possible?

Yes, pickup is possible in Lviv, at 2 Plastova Street, after agreeing on the details by phone or on Instagram, or any other messenger.
